Your information is stored with our course platform provider, New Zenler, and our payment provider, Stripe, as well as our accounting provider, Visma Spcs AB. Your data is stored for 7 years in accordance with accounting regulations. After that period, your data will be deleted if you are no longer a customer.
WHEN DOWNLOADING FREE PRODUCTS AND QUIZZES
We store your name and email address with our Quiz provider, Interact, our email provider, Mailerlite, or with our course platform provider, New Zenler, for sending out free products, which are subsequently used for informational emails and campaigns. You provide this information yourself and give consent when you sign up for a free course, a downloadable gift, or take a quiz. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time with a simple click.
IN COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS
Your name and email address are registered in our course platforms, New Zenler, as they serve as your login credentials for the course or membership you have purchased. If you pay for the course through our course platform, you also provide your payment details to our secure payment provider, Thrivecart or Stripe, as well as our accounting provider, Visma Spcs AB. We store recorded group calls so that you can listen to them if you missed a session. The calls are stored for as long as they are relevant, and then they are deleted. The calls are stored with our cloud service provider, Vimeo, and on the course page in New Zenler.
ON OUR WEBSITE
We store testimonials in the form of text, images, or videos from customers who have given their consent. These are saved on our course platform and website until we replace them with new testimonials or until the individual providing the testimonial requests their removal.
CUSTOMER SURVEYS
We store customer surveys and evaluations that you voluntarily respond to and provide consent for in Google Drive. They are saved for as long as we work with the material, and then they are deleted.
